Overview of Partner Plans
and Upgrade Options

All Partner Plan members receive the following basic services:
  • Priority scheduling for all service requests.
  • Fuel and travel fees are waived for on-site service or work.
  • Remote programming and telephone support calculated in quarter-hour increments.
  • Discounts on all new hardware and labor in conjunction with system expansions or upgrades.
  • Extended warranty on all hardware currently in production.
  • Partner Plans are performance agreements. We will earn your loyalty with service excellence.

    If your existing equipment is remotely programmable or allows for remote programming set up, significant benefits can be realized should you choose a Partner Plan. If your system cannot be programmed remotely, it may be a great time to consider upgrading. As previously mentioned, you can call us for a no-charge consultation and assessment to help you determine if we can design a Partner Plans to suit your needs.

    Silver Partner Plan
    The Silver Partner Plan is designed for those companies that might need our on-site help once or twice a year. The Silver Partner Plan also includes as needed remote programming, remote maintenance and telephone support. Should there be something that needs to be done, and we cannot do it remotely, then as a Partner Plan Member you are entitled to all Partner Plan discounts and services.

    SCHEDULE OF SERVICES
    Availability: Normal Business Hours
    Response Status: Priority Response
    Response Time: Remote programming will be completed by the close of the next business day. If an on-site service call is required, it will be given priority scheduling. - An authorized person designated by the customer must place the call.
    Problem Resolution:
    Parts Coverage: All parts are covered, except as noted in Items Not Covered
    Labor Charge: All remote programming labor is covered.
    Discounts: Ten percent (10%) discount on purchase of all additional equipment. Ten percent (10%) discount on hourly rates for any labor not covered by this agreement.
    Instant Loan Program: We maintain a service pool of loaner equipment specifically designed to support our Partner Agreement clients. If we are not able to repair a piece of equipment at your location, then we will replace it with a loaner, keeping your downtime to a minimum. The defective equipment will be repaired, and returned to your site accordingly. If hardware that is no longer in production, and is unavailable, then the Instant Loan Program does not apply.

    Not Covered:

  • New hardware that expands system configuration or capabilities
  • Portable Stations, cordless phones are covered by factory warranty
  • Labor to expand facility
  • Hardware that fails as a result of normal use. i.e. handset cords.
  • Hardware that is no longer in production. If we have the hardware available, we will supply it, if it is no longer available, new hardware may be required at the your expense.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, disaster, fire, flood, water, wind, lighting
  • Failure of structure that houses covered equipment
  • Acts of God or Terrorists

    Gold Partner Plan
    Our Gold Partner Plan is designed for companies that require our on-site services occasionally. Simply, the Gold Partner Plan includes an agreed upon number of extended support hours. Additionally we will supply at no charge custom printed labels for your phones and the plan will be customized to offer you a specific number of hours of support both at your office and remotely. With the Gold Partner Plan, you will receive a service plan designed just for you along with preferential service and pricing at discounted rates.

    SCHEDULE OF SERVICES
    Availability: Monday thru Friday 8 am to 6 pm
    Response Status: Priority Response
    Response Time: Two to six working hours following receipt of a service call - An authorized person designated by the customer must place the call.
    Problem Resolution: Resolution of the problem will be within 48 hours
    Parts Coverage: All core parts are covered, except as noted in Items Not Covered
    Labor Charge: All labor is covered, except as noted in Items Not Covered
    Discounts: Ten percent (10%) discount on purchase of all additional equipment. Ten percent (10%) discount on hourly rates for any labor not covered by this agreement.

    Platinum Partner Plan
    Our most popular Platinum Partner Plan is designed for companies that demand the highest level of support and service. If you need us at your office once a month or more, the Platinum Partner Plan may be your ideal solution. With the Platinum Partner Plan, we provide all labor for additions, changes, training, custom labels, handset cords and warranty your entire system. Nothing is overlooked for a single monthly amount you can put in your budget. Just call, we will be there.

    SCHEDULE OF SERVICES
    Availability: Seven days per week, 24 hours per day
    Response Status: Priority Response
    Response Time: Two to six working hours following receipt of a service call - An authorized person designated by the customer must place the call.

    Labor Charge: All labor is covered, except as noted in Items Not Covered
